UPDATE: August 7, 2021

Starting Saturday, August 7, the next step of the Government of Manitoba’s 4-3-2-One Great Summer re-opening plan will be in effect.

Here's what you can expect at Grant Park:

  • The mall and most businesses - including stores, restaurants, gyms/fitness centres, and personal care services - may open at full capacity and without restrictions.
  • All mall entrances are open.
  • In-mall seating areas will be reinstated.
  • Food and drink may be consumed anywhere in the mall.
  • Landmark Cinemas may operate at 50% capacity, with no proof of vaccination required for patrons.
  • While not mandated by public health order, we strongly recommend and request that masks be worn whenever possible in the centre, except when eating or drinking. Some tenants (including Fionn’s and our hair salons) may require masks for entry; If you are unsure, please check with the tenant directly or, as recommended, wear a mask at all times regardless.

As we take this next step, please be kind towards and respectful of our mall staff, store staff, and your fellow shoppers.

Steps We are Taking for Your Safety

Like all Canadians, we at Primaris are eager for a return to a more normal way of life. Though we look forward to getting back to business, the safety of our customers, tenants, employees, and the public is our priority.

As we reopen, we are following all guidelines from each province’s individual reopening plan, and we have put additional measures in place, including a Pandemic Response Plan and an internal best-practices guide called Working Towards a Safer Tomorrow, which outlines clear standards for all of our properties to uphold. We have also created a quick checklist for tenants to review as they get ready to reopen their stores. Our internal plans and standards guides are living documents. We will update them as necessary to ensure they remain current with recommendations from public health authorities and government as new information is released.
