The store has been the winner of the Consumer Choice Award (CCA) for 14 consecutive years (2009-2022). The award is the crowning achievement of the store's dedication to customer service and product offerings.

A1 Nutrition at Grant Park Shopping Centre is owned and operated by Felly Grieve since October 2004.

Felly is also a nurse and is passionate about helping people and is a great believer in the benefits of natural health products. She and her husband have both greatly improved their health with vitamin and mineral supplements. A1 Nutrition has a mature and highly qualified staff who are happy to educate their customers as to the benefits of specific products.

The staff includes a Certified Natural Product and Applied Nutrition Advisor and a Health and Fitness Advisor.
